Privacy Policy

When account sign-in is available, we will store your name, email address and order history so you can track purchases, request returns and leave verified-purchase reviews. Today, your cart, orders and preferences are saved only in your own web browser on this device.

Your saved items (wishlist) and recently viewed products are kept in your browser so we can show them back to you. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We use your name and shipping address only to deliver your order. We share it with the seller who fulfills the order and with the shipping carrier that delivers it. We do not sell your personal information.

Card payments will be processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored by Nexoria Market. Payments are not yet being processed on the platform.

Sellers provide business, identity, phone, email and address details so we can prevent fraud. These details are checked automatically, including with AI, and may be reviewed by our team. A customer service representative may call a seller to verify their information.

We use browser storage that is necessary for the site to work, such as your cart and saved items. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

When you chat with Nova, your messages, your recent orders shown on this device, and our product catalog are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Please do not share card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat. Nova can make mistakes; check important details on the product page or with support@nixoriaco.com.
